Project Context
As part of a large-scale initiative within a structured public-sector environment, we are looking for a QA & Software Testing Specialist to support end-to-end software quality processes. You will work in an international setting with a high degree of autonomy and a strong impact on delivery quality.
The position is based in Berlin with a predominantly remote working setup, offers a full-time workload, and requires fluent German (C1/C2 level) for daily collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute software testing strategies
- Develop and maintain test scripts and testing frameworks
- Perform functional and technical validation of applications
- Document test results, defects, and reporting with precision
- Collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders to enhance product quality
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices
Profile & Skills
- Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, automation, regression, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks
- Ability to structure, execute, and document complex test campaigns
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and methodical
- Fluent German skills required (C1/C2 level) for effective communication
