Why we need you:
You will be permanently employed by us, but your main mission will be to support our clients. You won’t just develop and maintain internal applications and intranet systems used daily by hundreds of employees—you will also help take our clients’ digital platforms to the next level.

What you’ll do:
- Develop, maintain, and modernize web and database applications
- Bring the client’s intranet and internal tools to the next level
- Handle administrative tasks in the development environment
- Think ahead, build solutions, document, and test to ensure long-term reliability
- Work closely with colleagues across different disciplines
- And ideally, think outside the box from time to time
Your toolkit:
Must-haves:
- PHP 7/8
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- HTML5, CSS3
- MySQL/MariaDB
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript
- Interest in clean architecture and long-term code quality
- Good working proficiency in German
- Degree in Computer Science, vocational training (e.g. Fachinformatiker AE), or equivalent experience
Nice-to-haves:
- Symfony or Laravel
- Git, CI/CD
- Linux
- Experience with CMS systems
- Ability to work independently with enthusiasm

Opportunities are numerous. From bare applications development to of IT infrastructures management including conception, architecture and requirements analysis.
Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic…).
In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
