Your Responsibilities
You will contribute to a strategic project and will be responsible for:
- Eliciting and analyzing business requirements
- Structuring and documenting functional specifications
- Modeling business processes and system interactions
- Ensuring quality and consistency of requirements
- Coordinating requirements across multiple sub-projects
- Acting as a bridge between business and IT teams
- Ensuring compliance with methodological standards
Your Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Requirements Engineering or Business Analysis
- Proven experience in complex IT projects
- Strong modeling skills (BPMN 2.0, UML 2.0)
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical and structuring skills
- Excellent documentation abilities
- Ability to work in demanding environments
- Professional German language skills (minimum C1)
Nice to Have
- Experience in test management and quality assurance
- Technical understanding of Java environments
- Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP)
- XML / JSON knowledge

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic…).
In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
