Main Mission
Design and improve the user experience of PEGA applications, particularly in the context of adopting the Constellation framework.
Responsibilities
- Conduct UX research and understand user needs and workflows.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI concepts.
- Design user journeys aligned with PEGA case management principles.
- Review and optimize UI configurations to ensure ergonomic and efficient interfaces.
- Propose UX recommendations to simplify screens and improve usability.
- Participate in design workshops and challenge functional and technical proposals.
- Identify UX inconsistencies and propose improvements.
- Perform UI configurations in PEGA (Constellation or UI-Kit) when required.
- Work closely with business and technical architects to ensure a consistent design approach.
Skills & Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in UX Design, ideally in complex application environments.
- Practical experience with PEGA; Constellation experience strongly appreciated.
- Strong understanding of design systems and low-code framework constraints.
- Ability to turn complex requirements into clear, intuitive user flows.
Conditions

In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
