We are looking for a Jira & DevOps Migration Specialist to support projects in transitioning from SE-Tools to a modern DevOps-as-a-Service toolchain. You will provide technical guidance, remove obstacles with the team, report on progress, and offer expertise on project use cases.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage Jira administration: workflow definition, custom fields configuration, data migration, and import.
- Support content migration between Jira environments to ensure smooth transitions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues encountered by the team.
- Collaborate closely with team members, adopting a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Communicate progress and recommendations effectively to achieve project goals.
Profile Required:
- Advanced expertise in Atlassian tools, especially Jira (specialist/expert level).
- Proven experience as a Jira administrator: workflows, custom fields, data migration/import.
- Experience migrating Jira content between environments is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, team player, and client-oriented mindset.
- Self-organized, proactive, and solution-focused.
- Fluent in German (spoken and written) is required.
