ABAKUS-IT-SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile squads in delivering high-impact projects within a dynamic environment.
You will act as a true Agile catalyst, helping teams maximize value delivery, improve collaboration, and continuously evolve their way of working.
Your Mission
As a Scrum Master, you empower the squad to perform at its best by promoting Agile principles, removing obstacles, and fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
You act as a servant leader and coach, ensuring both the team and stakeholders are aligned and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Scrum & Agile Facilitation
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
- Ensure correct adoption and continuous improvement of Scrum practices
- Support the Product Owner in managing and refining the Product Backlog
- Help the team deliver according to the Definition of Done and Sprint goals
- Track team capacity, velocity, and performance metrics
Team Coaching & Support
- Remove impediments and protect the team from external disruptions
- Promote self-organization and team autonomy
- Coach the squad and stakeholders on Agile mindset and practices
- Foster a culture of feedback, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
Delivery & Coordination
- Identify and manage cross-squad dependencies
- Proactively detect risks and define mitigation plans
- Track issues and ensure timely resolution
- Align sprint goals with the broader delivery roadmap
- Support delivery follow-up and reporting
Your Profile
Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with tools such as Jira
- Good understanding of:
- Software development lifecycle
- CI/CD, automated testing environments
- Project and delivery management practices
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French
