We are currently looking for an experienced Senior System Architect to support large-scale Microsoft infrastructure and identity environments within a complex, multi-domain ecosystem.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who can combine hands-on expertise with architectural leadership.
Role Overview
Depending on your area of expertise, you will contribute to the design, evolution, and support of critical Microsoft infrastructure services.
Exchange Focus
- Design and maintain Microsoft Exchange on-premise environments (2012/2013/2019)
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership
- Plan and execute Exchange upgrade and migration activities
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell
- Ensure platforms are secure, up-to-date, and compliant
- Contribute to file migration initiatives (Windows Server to OpenText)
- Support operations including incident management and on-call activities
Active Directory / IAM Focus
- Manage and evolve Active Directory environments
- Oversee Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes
- Administer GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS services
- Lead migration programs (legacy systems to modern solutions)
- Maintain Windows Server environments
- Support virtualisation platforms (Hyper-V / VMware)
- Troubleshoot authentication and infrastructure issues
- Collaborate across multiple infrastructure domains
Profile Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Strong background as a System Architect or Senior Infrastructure Engineer
- Advanced expertise in at least one of the following:
- Microsoft Exchange environments
- Active Directory & Identity Management
- Solid scripting skills (PowerShell)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
