Your Responsibilities
- Structure and drive initiatives in line with Agile methodologies
- Prepare and facilitate Agile ceremonies related to the Program Manager role
- Define, prioritize, and monitor the different OPUS
- Ensure end-to-end follow-up of initiatives, including scope, quality, budget, timeline, and delivery
- Coordinate stakeholders and contributing teams
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Cluster Product Owners, and partner teams
- Ensure professional communication with middle and senior management stakeholders
- Support teams during ideation, refinement, and delivery phases
- Identify, anticipate, and manage risks, dependencies, and project issues
- Ensure alignment between initiatives and business objectives
Required Profile
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in program and project management within complex environments
- Proven experience working in Agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience
- Banking sector experience is considered a plus
Technical Skills
- Strong technical and functional understanding enabling effective interactions with architects, developers, and technical experts
- Familiarity with automation and robotics solutions, ideally BluePrism

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
