As part of a major digital transformation, a public organization is modernizing its processes and tools to improve operational efficiency and support field teams. A strategic mobile application, featuring multiple operational modules and continuously evolving, enables users to carry out a wide range of tasks directly from their smartphones or tablets.
The technical team is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to strengthen technical areas and coordinate activities related to this application.
Key Responsibilities
- Ticket and Incident Management: prioritize, dispatch, and follow up on tickets; analyze incidents, coordinate resolution, and produce post-mortem reports.
- Release Management: plan and supervise regular release cycles, ensure testing and follow-up with application owners.
- Technical Coordination: act as the technical reference for the application; organize meetings with the development partner; coordinate interactions between different technical teams.
- Technical Projects: lead infrastructure migration projects and technical evolutions of the application; perform compatibility tests between the application and infrastructure.
- Documentation: produce and maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.
