Job Context
The Network Administrator will manage and optimize network and telecommunication infrastructures, ensuring availability, performance, and security of communication systems.
This role is part of an advanced technical environment requiring strong expertise in networking, security, and critical infrastructure management, with a high standard of availability and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Main Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain network and telecommunication components.
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure to ensure availability and performance.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve network issues or anomalies.
- Ensure that performance, security, and recovery capabilities meet agreed SLAs.
- Use network management and monitoring tools to analyze traffic loads and model performance.
- Identify and address network traffic bottlenecks.
- Install, configure, and upgrade network components and monitoring solutions.
- Test and validate infrastructure updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of network architectures and security measures.
Required Profile
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, or Telecommunications (or equivalent).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in administering and operating complex network infrastructures.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Palo Alto Networks (network security).
- Strong Cisco Networking experience, including Cisco ACI.
- Expertise in F5 (BIG-IP).

Proficient with network architectures and protocols:
- WAN
- LAN / WLAN
- VLAN

Solid knowledge of:
- Network security
- VPN implementation
- Encryption techniques

Experience with network devices:
- Routers
- Switches
- Load balancers
- Network accelerators
- Firewalls
- Encrypted communication devices
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
Technical Certifications (at least one required)
- Cisco: CCDP, CCNP, CCNA, CCDE, CCIE, or CCAr

F5 BIG-IP certifications:
- BIG-IP Certified Administrator
- BIG-IP LTM Specialist – Maintain and Troubleshoot
- BIG-IP LTM Specialist – Architect, Set up, Deploy
- Juniper or Palo Alto relevant certifications
- SANS certification related to network security

- English: C1 minimum
