We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Expert with a strong focus on electronic reporting for business clients. This role offers the opportunity to bridge business needs with IT solutions, contributing to innovative products and services in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define product strategy and propose improvements to products and services.
- Develop detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the key interface between stakeholders and project management.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and IT capabilities.
- Define business scope, target operating model, and interfaces between business and IT.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience as a business analyst.
- Expertise in electronic reporting products for business clients (e.g., Coda, CAMT).
- Strong knowledge of the banking industry, especially in Belgium.
- Proven ability to understand and communicate complex business topics and their IT implications.
- Experience in business analysis and developing actionable insights from requirements.
Technical Skills (Preferred):
- Familiarity with the technical aspects of electronic reporting.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Good spoken communication skills.
- French: Strong spoken communication skills.
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
