AISB-502 Functional Analyst

Brussels, Belgium

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Functional Analyst and Team Lead to join a team focused on the development and maintenance of complex pension applications. You will play a key role in managing pension calculation and rights aggregation rules to ensure compliance and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, both written and verbal
  • Collect, analyze, and deliver information accurately within deadlines
  • Identify gaps in available information and propose appropriate solutions
  • Motivate, guide, and support your team to achieve objectives
  • Quickly identify and resolve team issues and challenges
  • Implement operational process analysis and pension calculation models
  • Analyze client requests and identify current and future needs
  • Define and document user scenarios and support development, testing, and production delivery
  • Foster team spirit by sharing ideas and encouraging open communication
  • Participate in projects related to legal reforms and technical improvements, including API exposure

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Functional or Business Analyst
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Team Lead
  • Act as a bridge between ICT and business teams
  • Organize and lead meetings with various stakeholders
  • Collect and analyze business needs and translate them into application requirements
  • Work in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban) and support team members
  • Understand Java code and collaborate closely with testing teams
  • Technical skills: JIRA, SQL, XML, basic testing knowledge
  • Languages: active knowledge of Dutch, English, and French
