Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and supporting digital transformation. This role involves managing high-impact projects related to planning tools and supply chain optimization, with a strong focus on process improvement and SAP integration (MM, PM, CS, PS).
You will join a dynamic PMO team and report directly to the Head of Transformation, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Framing & Roadmapping: Define project roadmaps and assist sponsors in clarifying scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, and impacts.
- Governance & Stakeholder Engagement: Establish project governance aligned with PMO standards and ensure integration of all relevant stakeholders (business, architects, change management, infrastructure, application teams, etc.).
- Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, allocate resources, and proactively monitor progress to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Scope & Budget Management: Ensure deliverables meet business needs, manage scope, control budgets, and track business case realization.
- Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Transition & Handover: Prepare for seamless handover to IT maintenance or operational teams.
- Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and provide structured reporting in line with PMO governance.
Project Context
You will lead two major initiatives:
- Deployment of a new planning tool integrated with mobility solutions to enhance resource and intervention management.
- Supply chain analysis and optimization, including warehouse management and SAP process improvements.
These projects are critical to improving operational performance and preparing the organization for future energy transition challenges.

- Familiarity with SAP modules (MM, PM, CS, PS) is a strong asset.
- Fluent in French; English proficiency is a plus.

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
