Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in Communications and Information Systems (CIS) and service lifecycle management? Key Responsibilities
- Manage CIS-related projects and service transition work packages from start to finish
- Define and consolidate requirements with cross-functional stakeholders
- Produce high-quality deliverables including Statements of Work and Price Proposals
- Drive procurement processes: develop RFQs, IFBs, and coordinate solicitations
- Engage and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and international partners
- Lead activities such as documentation review, testing, implementation, and QA
- Act as a technical lead (Test, Migration, Requirements or Implementation Manager) when needed
- Facilitate project workshops, manage schedules, and track project baselines

Ensure adherence to industry and organizational standards and directives
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of project management or team leadership in CIS environments
- Strong knowledge of service design, transition, and multi-disciplinary engineering
- Experience managing CIS deployments, backup migrations, and enterprise-level data protection
- Familiarity with backup and DR architectures, retention policies, and air-gapped storage
- Understanding of virtualization, enterprise workloads, and automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (STANAG 4343 level)
- Proven ability to work under pressure, autonomously and in fast-paced environments
- Proficient with project tracking tools like Microsoft Project or ServiceNow
- Experience working in international/military-civilian mixed environments
Certifications & Requirements
- PRINCE2 and/or PMP certified
- Active NATO Secret security clearance
