Your Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to uncover user needs and behaviors
- Build wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flows
- Design modern and visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand identity
- Lead usability testing and integrate feedback into design iterations
- Develop intuitive interaction designs for smooth user journeys
- Collaborate with BAs, developers, and PMs to ensure successful implementation
- Maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards
- Use tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or similar with confidence
- Document design specs and participate in quality assurance
- Organize and present design workshops to stakeholders
- Solve complex design challenges with a user-first approach
Profile & Skills
- Proven experience in UX/UI design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Comfortable with evolving design tools and technologies
- Capable of writing clear, structured technical documentation
- Strong adaptability and attention to detail
Certification
- A UX Design certification is required.
