AISB-472 ICT Support Engineer (L1/L2)

Your Role

As an End-User ICT Support Engineer, you will play a key part in supporting daily IT operations by providing reliable and efficient L1/L2 support. You’ll be involved in deploying devices, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth user experience across IT systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Level 1 and 2 support for MS365-based workstations and peripherals.
  • Troubleshooting Windows OS, hardware, Office Suite, and basic networking issues.
  • Staging, configuring, and deploying devices using Microsoft Configuration Manager.
  • Testing and logging equipment, updating asset inventory.
  • Tracking incidents and requests using ITSM tools.
  • Assisting with ad hoc technical tasks and providing operational input when needed.

Your Profile

  • Higher vocational diploma with at least 2 years of experience, or secondary diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Solid knowledge of:
    • Windows environments and desktop hardware
    • Microsoft Configuration Manager
    • Office applications (MS 365, Adobe) and local networks
  • Comfortable working with service management tools for ticketing and asset tracking.
  • Problem-solver with a structured and methodical approach.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications such as MCDST or ITIL Service Operations.
  • Previous experience in international or complex technical environments.
