Your Role
As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and modeling business processes, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and translated into structured, actionable specifications.
You will play a key role at the early stages of projects by defining current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes, facilitating workshops, and producing high-quality deliverables that support solution design and implementation.
Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, you will ensure that the delivered solutions are fully aligned with the defined requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to capture business needs
- Analyze and map existing and target business processes
- Produce clear and structured documentation to support solution implementation
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications (use cases, user stories, models)
- Ensure consistency between business expectations and delivered solutions throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments
- Support testing activities to validate that solutions meet business requirements
Profile
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst
- Strong experience in business process analysis and modeling
- Ability to understand complex environments and provide structured solutions
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail

- Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Business process modeling (BPMN, UML)
- User stories and use cases definition
