We are currently looking for an experienced Workday Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM Core, Recruitment & Talent modules, as well as advanced integration knowledge. In this role, you will support, optimize, and maintain HR business processes while ensuring stable and efficient Workday operations. You will collaborate closely with analysts, project managers, HR stakeholders, and fellow Workday experts to continuously improve the HR ecosystem and adapt the platform to evolving business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who enjoys both the functional and technical sides of Workday projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the Workday HCM Core module
- Support Recruitment & Talent functionalities and related business processes
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable Workday solutions
- Provide day-to-day support and resolve functional or technical system issues
- Ensure system stability, usability, and process efficiency
- Manage and monitor inbound and outbound integrations with external systems
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Work with: Workday Studio, Core Connectors, PECI integrations
- Support integration enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to align integrations with business requirements
Required Profile
- Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, Workday Analyst, or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Workday HCM Core
- Recruitment & Talent modules
- Workday Studio
- PECI integrations
- Experience working within complex Workday integration environments
- Good understanding of HR processes such as:
- Hiring
- Job changes
- Compensation
- Payroll processes
- Ability to translate business needs into efficient system configurations
- Workday certifications (HCM, Integrations, Studio)
- Experience with complex payroll environments
- Knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics
- Experience with Prism Analytics is considered a plus
