Role:
The Scrum Master supports the project team in implementing the Scrum methodology. He/she facilitates Scrum ceremonies, removes obstacles, protects the team from distractions, and ensures proper use of Agile practices.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective.
- Track team progress, capacity, and velocity.
- Assist the Product Owner with the Product Backlog.
- Coach the team and promote self-organization.
- Ensure Agile practices are applied and report progress to management.
Profile:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Scrum / Agile.
- Proficient with Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and software development methodologies.
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies and card processing systems.
- Excellent communication skills, positive leadership, and team spirit.
Languages:
- English + at least one local language (French and/or Dutch).
Education:
- Bachelor / Master or equivalent experience.

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic…).

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
