An opportunity is open for a Functional Analyst to support the evolution of an application dedicated to the declaration of subcontracting chains, linked to joint liability and withholding on invoices.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves active participation in functional analysis and coordination activities, including:
- Collecting and analysing business needs (workshops, interviews, documentation)
- Translating requirements into clear and structured functional specifications
- Writing and maintaining documentation (user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria)
- Working closely with development, testing and UX/UI teams to ensure consistency of deliverables
- Contributing to the product backlog and prioritisation in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Ensuring functional follow-up throughout the lifecycle (analysis → build → testing → delivery)
- Supporting test coordination, preparing test scenarios and contributing to validation activities
- Supporting acceptance testing phases and assisting with go-live activities
Profile Required
Proven experience in functional analysis is expected, ideally on structured and/or regulatory application projects.
Key skills:
- Business analysis / requirements analysis
- Needs analysis and requirements definition
- Functional analysis and strong documentation skills
- Sufficient technical understanding to collaborate effectively with IT teams
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and structured approach
- Ability to work in coordination (testing, dependencies, action tracking)
Tools & methods:
- Agile / Scrum methodologies
- JIRA (backlog tracking, tickets, user stories)
- Confluence (documentation)
- Experience in testing, test coordination and/or test automation (nice to have)
- UX/UI sensitivity and interface design knowledge (nice to have)
Languages
- French: native level
- Dutch: active knowledge
- English: passive knowledge
