AISB- 498 Workforce Management Assistant

We are seeking a Workforce Management Assistant to support the updating and monitoring of position changes within HR systems. The role ensures data accuracy and compliance with standards throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and track position change requests using Oracle HCM Cloud and APMS
  • Verify and validate position data, grades, and funding details in coordination with HR and operational teams
  • Maintain audit trails to ensure compliance and support reporting requirements
  • Assist with data validation, system testing, and troubleshooting of related issues
  • Prepare reports and metrics to support strategic workforce management decisions

Required Profile:

  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, especially Core HR or Workforce Structures modules
  • Strong knowledge of organizational structures, job hierarchies, and workforce planning principles
  • Excellent Excel skills with strong attention to data accuracy and version control
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure consistency of position data
  • Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ability to maintain thorough documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Specific Conditions:

  • Full-time, onsite work at Brussels location
  • Possession of NATO SECRET security clearance is mandatory
  • Fluent French communication skills (minimum B2 level) required
