We are seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to join a dynamic and challenging environment focused on continuous improvement and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders
- Model functional requirements and translate them into clear and actionable specifications
- Collaborate closely with both technical and business teams to ensure solution alignment
- Participate in validation and testing phases of implemented solutions
- Contribute to process improvement and optimization of analytical practices
Mandatory Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis (requirements elicitation and modelling)
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is considered an advantage
- Understanding of financial products such as loans, equity instruments, and guarantees
