Your Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Translate business needs into clear and structured functional specifications.
- Support requirement modeling and ensure consistency and clarity across documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and discussions to capture and refine requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
- Assist in validating solutions to ensure they meet defined business needs.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in requirement elicitation and modeling.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the banking industry.
- Understanding of financial products such as loans, equity, and guarantees.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
