As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of a secure HashiCorp Vault platform. You will collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate applications, automate configurations, and ensure the reliability and security of the secrets management ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate new applications into HashiCorp Vault using IaC and CaC practices
- Design, implement, and enhance Vault features and functionalities
- Provide guidance and support to development teams on secure secret management
- Configure and maintain Vault environments using Terraform
- Produce clear, precise, and comprehensive operational documentation
- Deliver training sessions to internal teams on proper Vault usage
- Oversee project execution and handle maintenance or support tickets
- Conduct disaster recovery (DR) tests and ensure platform resilience
- Perform ongoing operational support and platform maintenance
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting related to Vault usage and performance
Your Profile
- Strong expertise in HashiCorp Vault (SME level)
- Solid hands-on experience with Terraform
- Good understanding of secret management lifecycle
- Strong security mindset and best-practice approach
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented attitude and strong collaboration skills
- Customer-focused approach when working with internal stakeholders
