Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance, and Responsible AI? We are looking for a Junior Data Governance Specialist to help shape and implement AI governance frameworks that ensure trustworthy, ethical, and compliant AI solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Responsible AI governance frameworks, policies, and processes.
- Support AI risk management by addressing fairness, explainability, robustness, privacy, sustainability, and transparency.
- Collaborate with technical, legal, risk, and business teams to ensure compliant AI solutions.
- Provide guidance on AI governance best practices and contribute to strategic AI initiatives.
- Participate in AI risk assessments and governance processes.
- Help ensure AI systems comply with applicable regulations and internal standards.
- Promote the development of reliable, secure, and responsible AI solutions.
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in AI, Data Governance, AI Risk, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, preferably as a Data Scientist or AI Engineer.
- Good understanding of AI risks, including bias, explainability, fairness, robustness, and security.
- Knowledge of AI regulations and governance frameworks (including the AI Act and GDPR).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- AI-related certifications are considered an advantage.

- Eager to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Languages
- English: Fluent.
- French and/or Dutch: Professional proficiency.
Work Environment
- Hybrid working model with 50% on-site and 50% remote.
