At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in ERP environments, SAP Finance modules, and business process analysis. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the evolution and maintenance of a large-scale SAP-based financial and budgeting platform. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, you will ensure that business needs are translated into efficient, sustainable, and high-quality solutions. Your focus will be on delivering value by simplifying processes, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring successful implementation of business improvements.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze and challenge business requirements to ensure solutions provide real business value while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
- Gather, document, and validate functional requirements with business stakeholders.
- Model and document business processes using BPMN methodologies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing, coordinating, and assisting business users throughout testing activities.
- Coordinate integration and end-to-end testing involving external applications and multiple stakeholders.
- Work closely with development teams, SAP experts, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Analyze incidents and change requests, proposing appropriate functional solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for business processes and ERP solutions.
- Ensure clear communication between business teams and technical teams.
- Produce high-quality functional documentation and maintain project deliverables.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex ERP environments.
- Strong experience working with SAP solutions, particularly within finance-related domains.
- Excellent knowledge of General Accounting and good understanding of Budgetary Accounting.
- Experience with one or more SAP modules such as:
- SAP FI
- SAP FM-BCS
- SAP BPC
- SAP Business Partners
- SAP VIM
- SAP TRM
- SAP PSCD
- SAP AA
- Solid experience with ERP implementation, maintenance, or evolution projects.
- Good knowledge of BPMN process modelling.
- Experience coordinating and executing functional and User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience using Jira.
- Basic understanding of Web Services.
- Knowledge of Sparx Enterprise Architect is considered an asset.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Able to work autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent French (C2 level) is mandatory.
