ABAKUS-IT-SOLUTIONS is looking for an IAM Business Model Manager to support access management and security governance initiatives within a major banking environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring the alignment between business requirements and security models, contributing to the robustness and evolution of Identity & Access Management (IAM) frameworks.
Your Mission
As an IAM Business Model Manager, you are responsible for translating business needs into IAM security models, processes, and policies, while ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, security teams, and IT, ensuring efficient and secure access management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Business Modelling (BM) process, ensuring continuous improvement
- Translate business requirements into IAM security models and policies
- Ensure proper service delivery aligned with security policies, SLAs, and procedures
- Support Business Security Offices in IAM-related activities
- Provide guidance on IAM architecture and implementation
- Adapt security models based on business, compliance, and operational changes
- Deliver training and support to security and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with access management teams to improve efficiency and quality
- Contribute to the enforcement of information security standards
Your Profile
Mandatory
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in IAM concepts:
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Knowledge of information security frameworks and standards
- Experience writing business and functional requirements
- Strong skills in Excel and SQL
- Fluent in:
- French or Dutch (with basic knowledge of the other)
- English (fluent, written and spoken)
Preferred
- 5+ years of experience in IAM or security environments
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Experience working in cross-functional IT and business teams
