AISB-924 Business Relationship Manager (Infrastructure & Cloud) – Agile Environment

ABAKUS-IT-SOLUTIONS is looking for a Business Relationship Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale infrastructure and cloud transformation projects within a complex enterprise environment.
This role combines project coordination, technical understanding, and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on cloud migration and infrastructure evolution.
Your Mission
As a Business Relationship Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end coordination of infrastructure and cloud-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business objectives, and adherence to scope and budget.
You act as a bridge between business, IT teams, partners, and group stakeholders, while contributing to transformation initiatives in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate large-scale infrastructure and cloud migration projects
- Manage onboarding of partners, timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Analyze needs and propose optimal technical and organizational solutions
- Coordinate with multiple Agile squads and tribes
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, partners, and management
- Track project progress (time, cost, deliverables) and report regularly
- Support change management initiatives with partners
- Develop knowledge of applications, systems, and processes to ensure delivery aligned with standards
- Coordinate actions across teams and provide guidance when needed
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with partner teams
- Oversee roll-out, communication, and transition to operations (run mode)
- Lead service meetings with partners during operational phases
Your Profile
Mandatory
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of:
- Infrastructure environments (Windows, Linux, web-based systems, Citrix, WAS, telecom)
- Cloud technologies and application migration to the cloud
- Proven experience in project coordination (not PMO or Product Owner)
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, ceremonies, tools)
- Fluent in:
- Dutch or French + English (mandatory combination)
Important Clarification
- Helpdesk/support experience alone is not considered sufficient for this role
Preferred
- Knowledge of banking environment and enterprise IT context
- Familiarity with group-level governance and standards
- Exposure to new infrastructure technologies and AI-related environments
