As a Scrum Master, you'll play a key role in leading an Agile squad responsible for the evolution of strategic CRM and marketing technology platforms. Beyond facilitating Scrum ceremonies, you'll act as the Delivery Lead, ensuring successful product delivery while fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. As a Scrum Master, you will help your squad deliver high-quality solutions while promoting Agile best practices and enabling teams to reach their full potential.
Your Role
- Acting as Scrum Master and Delivery Lead for an Agile squad.
- Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Supporting the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and delivery planning.
- Ensuring the team consistently delivers according to the Definition of Done (DoD).
- Tracking team capacity, velocity, and Agile performance metrics.
- Removing impediments and protecting the team from external disruptions.
- Coaching team members towards greater autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Driving the delivery and operational excellence of Cloud-native applications and digital platforms.
- Supporting the lifecycle management of modern technology solutions while encouraging innovation, including AI-enabled capabilities.
- Promoting knowledge sharing across the squad and helping reduce functional silos.
- Managing delivery risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
- Facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Acting as an ambassador for Agile practices across the organization and contributing to Agile communities of practice.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master within Agile software development environments.
- Previous experience in an IT role such as Software Developer, Functional Analyst, Tester, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience using Agile management tools such as Jira.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies and IT delivery processes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience coordinating deliveries involving Cloud-based solutions is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills within complex organizational environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to resolve conflicts, coach teams, and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional proficiency in English
- Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is considered an asset.
