We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support transformation and digitalization projects. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, formalizing requirements, and coordinating between business teams, IT teams, and project stakeholders.
You will also contribute to structuring business analysis practices, improving processes, and supporting the development of internal team capabilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes.
- Write functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
- Ensure coordination between business, IT, and project teams.
- Support and coach employees in developing their business analysis skills.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of business analyses.
Required Profile
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methods (processes, requirements, modeling).
- Experience managing stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
- Ability to structure complex business needs.
- Experience in coaching or mentoring is a plus.
- Pragmatic, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- French: professional level required.
- Dutch: professional level required.
