Responsibilities
Functional analysis and solution design
- Collect, analyze, and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, architects, and technical teams to define the best solutions.
- Propose suitable solutions considering technical constraints, architecture, security, and business objectives.
- Participate in the definition of features, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
Technical design and coordination
- Define functional impacts on different application components.
- Collaborate with development teams and technical stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between the different teams involved in projects.
- Participate in the design and integration of API-based solutions.
Development, testing, and deployment
- Follow up on development and testing phases to ensure compliance with defined specifications.
- Collaborate with developers and Test Engineers to prepare test scenarios and analyze defects.
- Participate in solving complex issues encountered during validation phases.
- Contribute to deployments, solution support, and continuous improvement.
Support and continuous improvement
- Analyze production incidents and coordinate their resolution.
- Maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of IT systems.
- Experience in payment process analysis.
- Good knowledge of banking products and payment solutions.
- Experience in designing and working with Swagger APIs.
- Practical experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
