You’ll play a key role in guiding teams toward Agile excellence, ensuring best practices, and driving continuous improvement across projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Act as a servant leader, coaching teams toward autonomy and high performance
- Promote Agile mindset and best practices across stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to ensure delivery of value
- Remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Support Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile
- Expert-level experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies
- Initial experience or interest in Agile coaching
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Proven experience working in the public sector environment
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
