AISB-890 Senior Agile Program Manager – IT Production & Infrastructure

At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are seeking for an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to take ownership of strategic IT Production initiatives within a highly dynamic and technology-driven environment. In this role, you will coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage complex infrastructure-related projects, and ensure the successful delivery of business-critical initiatives while fostering Agile best practices across teams. As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT Production initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical constraints, and operational requirements. Acting as a key facilitator between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, you will drive delivery excellence while maintaining focus on quality, budget, scope, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex IT Production and Infrastructure initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
• Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Organize and lead governance meetings, steering committees, Agile ceremonies, and executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate interactions between business representatives, technical experts, and external suppliers.
• Manage initiative budgets and ensure optimal cost-quality balance.
• Support prioritization activities and contribute to strategic planning processes.
• Identify, track, and facilitate the resolution of impediments impacting delivery.
• Promote Agile methodologies and contribute to cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure transparent communication and effective information flow across all levels of the organization.
• Challenge assumptions and drive constructive discussions to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar Project Management role.
• At least 20 years of overall professional experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to understand and challenge complex technical and infrastructure architecture designs.
• Solid knowledge of IT Production environments and operational processes.
• Experience managing infrastructure transformation or migration projects is highly valued.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Experience within the banking or financial services sector is considered a strong asset.
• Fluent in French with a good command of Dutch, or fluent in Dutch with a good command of French.
• Professional proficiency in English.
