Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyze stakeholder requirements.
- Document and formalize requirements for delivery teams.
- Collaborate with IT, UX, marketing, and operations teams.
- Manage the full project lifecycle (scoping, delivery, testing, release).
- Handle risks, budgets, planning, and quality.
- Ensure coordination between stakeholders and teams.
Profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis and digital project management.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Languages
- English: mandatory (written and spoken, primary working language).
- French: a plus.
- Dutch: a plus.
Education
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Significant relevant experience in Business Analysis and project management may compensate for a different specialization.
Certifications
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent): a plus.
- Agile certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent): an advantage.
