Your Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Manage and continuously refine the product backlog.
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories and deliverables.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between stakeholders, business teams, and developers.
- Drive value delivery by prioritizing initiatives and making key product decisions.
- Monitor KPIs, objectives, and product performance.
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the squad.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile leadership role.
- Experience leading squads or cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of automation technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Fluent in English and at least one local language (French or Dutch).
