At ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS, we are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to support our clients in delivering high-quality services to strategic stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, service continuity, and customer satisfaction within complex and demanding environments.
Your Responsibilities
As a Service Delivery Manager, you act as the central point of contact between business and IT operations:
- Ensure the delivery of services in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality and performance
- Act as the primary interface for clients, building strong and long-term relationships through regular service reviews and proactive expectation management
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to guarantee seamless service delivery and efficient escalation handling
- Implement and maintain strong governance frameworks, acting as the link between business stakeholders, project (“build”) teams, and operations
- Analyze incidents and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Produce and present regular reports on service quality and operational performance to both clients and internal leadership
Your Profile
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT Service Delivery Management
- Solid experience with ITIL processes (ITIL v3 or v4 certification is a strong asset)
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels, including clients and external vendors
- Affinity with IT infrastructure, particularly networking environments
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and maintain a global overview
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and identify structural issues
- Team-oriented leader who encourages collaboration and continuous feedback
