At ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS, we support our clients in addressing complex regulatory and cybersecurity challenges. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to contribute to a strategic compliance initiative aligned with NIS2 requirements, focusing on access management, governance, and security controls.
Your Responsibilities
You will play a central role in bridging business, security, and technical teams:
- Lead the inventory and mapping of applications, ensuring structured documentation of access rights and authorization levels in a centralized repository
- Coordinate with application owners and stakeholders to collect, validate, and maintain high-quality data
- Facilitate and lead workshops with business stakeholders to model access roles and ensure alignment with security requirements
- Define and validate RBAC models in collaboration with Business Security Officers
- Conduct access recertification campaigns and ensure compliance with Least Privilege principles
- Produce audit-ready documentation aligned with NIS2 standards
- Design reusable business role models, integrating constraints such as segregation of duties and privileged access management
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business roles into operational solutions (IGA, PAM, PIM, Bastion tools)

Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
- Strong analytical and structuring capabilities
- Experience in access management or cybersecurity topics
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive workshops
- Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in large organizations is a plus
Languages
- Native or bilingual in French or Dutch
- Professional working proficiency in English
