Your Mission
As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will join the IT department as part of the company’s NIS2 compliance transformation program. You will contribute to the operational implementation of cybersecurity measures and support technical teams in integrating security requirements into IT environments and projects.
Under the supervision of the Security Architect, you will help translate cybersecurity requirements into concrete, measurable, and operational technical controls.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to the inventory of IT assets including systems, applications, services, and infrastructure components;
- Implement and maintain hardening measures across IT environments including systems, networks, identities, endpoints, and cloud platforms;
- Support project teams in integrating security requirements and Security by Design principles from the early design and implementation phases;
- Contribute to the operational deployment of cybersecurity architectures and security solutions;
- Configure and manage technical security mechanisms including patch management, monitoring, logging, vulnerability management, configuration control, and IAM controls;
- Participate in the analysis of gaps identified during audits, risk assessments, and security reviews, and contribute to remediation actions;
- Produce technical evidence and documentation required for NIS2 compliance;
- Collaborate closely with Infrastructure and Delivery teams as a technical security reference point.
Profile Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field;
- Previous technical experience in systems, networks, or cybersecurity roles;
- Good knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networking, cloud environments, IAM, and monitoring tools;
- Hands-on experience in securing and hardening IT environments;
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and regulatory requirements, particularly within an NIS2 context;
- Ability to work on cross-functional projects involving technical and business stakeholders;
- Rigorous, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset;
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ein sehr Gute Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich, die Fähigkeit, Französisch, Deutsch oder Niederländisch zu sprechen ist eine Bereicherung.
Sogar Obwohl die meisten unserer Positionen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung erfordern, sind einige offen für Neueinsteiger.
