Your Role
As an IT Data Steward specialized in CRM, cloud data, and data virtualization, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing data ecosystems that support business-critical CRM solutions.
You will contribute to complex projects involving hybrid cloud architectures, secure data pipelines, and integrated business applications, ensuring data quality, security, and usability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement secure hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-premise and cloud-based data
- Design, develop, and deploy data flows across multiple systems, including CRM platforms and enterprise databases
- Manage and execute data migration from legacy systems to modern CRM environments
- Build and automate data pipelines using ETL and data virtualization tools
- Ensure proper classification, anonymization, and management of sensitive data in the cloud
- Create and manage datasets for testing and validation purposes
- Define and enforce data governance, access control, and security policies in compliance with GDPR and local regulations
- Collaborate closely with business, IT, and security teams to align data solutions with business needs
- Analyze and resolve data-related issues during testing and production phases
Profile
- Proven experience as a Data Steward, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Strong experience with CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (especially Microsoft Azure)
- Experience with ETL tools (SAP Data Services, Talend, SSIS, ADF, NiFi, etc.)
- Knowledge of data virtualization tools such as Denodo
- Strong SQL and/or scripting skills (Python, VQL, or similar)
- Solid understanding of database management (data modeling, query optimization, performance monitoring)
- Experience with data quality, data migration, anonymization, and test data management
- Familiarity with data governance and security practices
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) and data cataloging tools
- Experience working in regulated environments or with sensitive data
- Understanding of data security and sovereignty principles
Languages
- Fluent French
- Professional level of English
Work Setup
- Hybrid model with approximately 50% onsite presence in Brussels

Ein sehr Gute Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich, die Fähigkeit, Französisch, Deutsch oder Niederländisch zu sprechen ist eine Bereicherung.
Sogar Obwohl die meisten unserer Positionen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung erfordern, sind einige offen für Neueinsteiger.
