Job Location : Gosselies, Belgium
Main Responsibilities
- Ensures the Scrum framework is properly applied and Agile principles are respected
- Organizes and facilitates Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Refinement, Retrospective, Story Mapping)
- Ensures that product and sprint backlogs are complete, maintained, and properly prioritized
- Ensures that the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) are clearly defined and respected
- Communicates transparently with stakeholders about progress, including sharing team metrics (velocity, burndown, story points, etc.)
- Identifies and removes impediments
- Provides visibility and transparency on sprint progress
- Maintains team dynamics and ensures a steady delivery pace
- Guides teams toward autonomy, accountability, continuous improvement, and focus on sprint goals
- Protects teams from external disruptions
- Promotes effective communication between development teams
- Strengthens Agile practices within product teams and factories and provides coaching
Profile Required
Technical Skills
- Scrum Master certification or willingness to obtain one
- Proven experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or similar)
- Proven experience in IT project teams (minimum 5 years)
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience in implementing Agile frameworks within organizations
- Experience with data-oriented projects is a plus
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus
Languages
- French: C2 level required
- English: C2 level preferred
