Your main responsibilities:
- Analyze and translate business needs and processes into clear functional specifications
- Propose, as a team, end-to-end solutions that meet customer expectations while being cost-efficient
- Challenge requirements and specifications using an iterative and adaptable approach
- Contribute to an MVP approach to ensure fast time-to-market and immediate value creation
- Apply best practices related to GenAI implementations (analysis, data value, compliance, scope governance)
- Test solutions and ensure alignment with defined requirements
- Monitor and analyze incidents and defects, and define corrective actions
- Collaborate with teams to execute testing activities
- Continuously improve process efficiency and customer experience
Profile
- Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence with a strong focus on analyzing, testing, and validating solutions
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify dependencies
- Ability to assess end-to-end solutions
- Experience in customer interactions (e.g., call center environment)
- Good knowledge of the utilities market
- Advanced analytical mindset
- Customer-oriented with strong listening skills
- Comfortable facilitating meetings and delivering presentations
- Ability to work in an Agile environment with short cycles (sprints)
Languages
- Mandatory trilingual: English, French, and Dutch
- Excellent command of English combined with either French or Dutch
