Responsibilities
- Monitor project schedules and flag any delays or deviations
- Maintain project registers including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies
- Manage project documentation, version control, and document distribution
- Track budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation
- Coordinate site access and operational logistics
- Prepare project reporting and governance materials
- Organize meetings and follow up on action items
- Provide administrative and operational support to the project team
Required Profile
Required clearance: NATO Secret
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools, ideally Microsoft Project and ServiceNow
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and cost tracking
- Good command of Microsoft 365 tools: SharePoint, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to create clear dashboards and visual reporting materials
- Familiarity with PMIS or portfolio management tools
