Context & Objectives
Within the framework of the Efficiency Program, we are looking for a SAP Business Analyst specialized in Procure to Pay (P2P) to support process transformation and optimization. The role requires close collaboration with business teams, IT, and other initiatives within the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Data analysis and reporting using SAP
- Analysis of the current state (AS IS) to identify root causes of process issues
- Review of existing documentation
- Update or creation of process documentation where needed
- Design and definition of target processes (TO BE) in collaboration with the project team
- Drafting of business requirements for functional analysts (if required)
- Support business stakeholders during the UAT testing phase
- Creation of new procedures, work instructions, and training documentation
- Mandatory alignment with other projects within the Efficiency Program
- Facilitation and animation of workshops with business experts
Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience on Procure to Pay (P2P) projects
- Strong experience in writing process documentation, work instructions, and operating procedures
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g. Visio)
- Experience with SAP MM and SAP FICO modules
- Fluent French – C2 level required
- Valid driving license
- Mid-level profile (3 to 5 years of experience)
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have / Should Have)
- Proven experience within a DSO environment (Distribution System Operator)
- Strong background in data analysis
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder project environments

In in Bezug auf nicht-technische Kompetenzen stellt ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS dynamische Personen ein, die in die Welt, interessiert an Innovation und mit einem ausgeprägten Gespür für Kunden Beziehung.
Ein sehr Gute Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich, die Fähigkeit, Französisch, Deutsch oder Niederländisch zu sprechen ist eine Bereicherung.
Sogar Obwohl die meisten unserer Positionen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung erfordern, sind einige offen für Neueinsteiger.
