We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic IT initiatives in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation programs with a strong focus on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and information systems resilience.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple IT projects, from initial scoping through to production deployment. The portfolio includes major initiatives related to:
- Regulatory compliance programs (including cybersecurity frameworks such as NIS2)
- Cybersecurity reinforcement and maturity improvement
- Implementation of a Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Infrastructure and IT systems modernization projects
You will ensure overall coherence, quality, and governance of deliverables across all initiatives, while coordinating contributions from internal teams, technical experts, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and structure multiple IT projects in parallel (multi-project environment)
- Define project scope, objectives, dependencies, and delivery roadmap
- Coordinate infrastructure and cybersecurity experts across initiatives
- Ensure planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting are effectively managed
- Prepare and present governance materials for steering committees
- Maintain alignment between business needs and technical execution
- Ensure high-quality project documentation and deliverables
- Drive communication and stakeholder alignment across all levels
Profile Required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management
- Strong expertise in PMI or equivalent project management methodologies
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Solid experience in project governance, portfolio coordination, and reporting
- Strong background in budgeting and project planning
- Ability to produce structured and high-quality project documentation
- Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic and evolving context
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity environments
