Your responsibilities
You will support the Project Manager (PM) with administrative and operational project activities:
Resource management:
- Enter and maintain resource plans in ServiceNow
- Review and approve timecards on behalf of the Project Manager
- Monitor resource utilization and rebalance plans when necessary
- Replan resources as directed by the Project Manager
Project planning:
- Create and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in ServiceNow
- Maintain task status (progress, completion)
- Monitor project schedule
- Replan the schedule as instructed by the Project Manager
Risk management:
- Maintain the risk log in ServiceNow
- Review and update risk status
- Monitor mitigation actions and follow up accordingly
Project reporting:
- Collect inputs and prepare project status reports
- Support the preparation of project exception reports
- Contribute to external project reporting
Data quality:
- Monitor PM data quality indicators
- Implement or recommend improvement actions
Procurement support:
- Enter Purchase Requests (PR) for goods and services
Project documentation:
- Prepare and review project documents using standard templates
- Record Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
Other:
- Perform any additional tasks delegated by the Project Manager
Profile requirements
Essential:

Higher vocational training in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience
or secondary education with at least 5 years of relevant experience - Experience in administrative and coordination roles within project management
- Experience with project management tools, preferably ServiceNow

Security clearance required: NATO Secret
Desirable:
- Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
- Strong experience may compensate for the lack of formal certification

Sogar Obwohl die meisten unserer Positionen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung erfordern, sind einige offen für Neueinsteiger.
