AISB-795 Entreprise Architect

At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives and shape the IT landscape of complex, mission-critical environments. As a key member of the Architecture team, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in aligning IT capabilities with business objectives, while ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability across systems. You will operate at the crossroads of strategy, architecture, and program leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Align IT strategy with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to digital transformation roadmaps and long-term vision
• Design and maintain enterprise architecture (business, application, data, and technology layers)
• Build and maintain IT system cartography and target architectures
• Ensure consistency and sustainability of technology choices
• Act as a strategic advisor (CIO / IT Program Manager perspective)
• Establish and oversee IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, etc.)
• Manage IT budgets, risks, and decision-making processes
• Structure and manage a portfolio of IT programs and projects
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners
• Ensure interoperability across SAP ecosystems and open-source solutions
• Oversee complex system integrations and hybrid infrastructures (on-premise / cloud)
• Validate architecture decisions on strategic projects
• Integrate cybersecurity, data protection (GDPR), and regulatory requirements
• Ensure alignment with best practices in data governance and system resilience
• Produce high-quality architecture and governance documentation
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders

Your Profile

• Minimum 10 years in IT
• At least 5 years in a senior role (Enterprise Architect, CIO, or IT Manager)
• Proven experience in complex environments and multi-project programs
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent)
• Proven track record in IT strategy, system mapping, and digital transformation
• Solid knowledge of project/program methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe, MSP…)
• Experience with IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL)
• Strong experience with:
  • SAP environments
  • Open-source ecosystems
  • System integration & hybrid infrastructures
• Expertise in:
  • Data architecture & modeling
  • Complex IT system design
  • Enterprise-level integration
• Good understanding of GDPR, cybersecurity, and regulatory environments
• Languages : Fluent in French (mandatory) - Professional level in English
