Role Overview

Within a large and complex IT environment, we are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager to ensure the high‑quality, secure, and reliable delivery of infrastructure services to internal customers.

You will play a key role in bridging infrastructure technologies, service providers, and business stakeholders, ensuring that services are delivered in line with agreed service levels, business priorities, and industry best practices.

Your contribution will directly support business continuity, user satisfaction, and the continuous evolution of the IT landscape.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As part of the Infrastructure Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the quality, availability, and performance of IT infrastructure services delivered to internal users
  • Acting as a single point of coordination between technical teams, support functions, external vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Managing and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with contractual and operational commitments
  • Driving a customer‑focused service delivery approach, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement
  • Coordinating cross‑team activities and contributing to effective collaboration across multiple stakeholders
  • Playing an active role in Release Management, ensuring controlled and high‑quality deployments
  • Supporting infrastructure transition and migration activities (including structured migration frameworks such as MIG4/MIG6)
  • Contributing to service governance through incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Supporting adoption of ITIL practices and continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Working in alignment with agile delivery methodologies where applicable

Required Skills & Experience

Must‑Have

  • Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager (minimum 3 years – medior level)
  • Demonstrated experience managing and monitoring SLA commitments
  • Proven experience in Release Management (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience with MIG4 and/or MIG6 migration frameworks
  • Strong experience in cross‑team and people coordination
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in French or Dutch
  • Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master level)

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Experience with ITIL frameworks
  • Experience in IT service management processes (incident, problem, change management)
  • Experience working within agile environments

Sogar Obwohl die meisten unserer Positionen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung erfordern, sind einige offen für Neueinsteiger.

ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS arbeitet entweder in seinen Räumlichkeiten oder bei unseren Kunden, Remote-Aktivitäten sind manchmal möglich.
