You will play a key role in translating business needs into clear, structured, and implementable solutions, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Role Overview
As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and structuring business processes, ensuring clarity from the current situation to the future target model. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to capture, analyze, and map business processes
- Document and formalize business processes and requirements in a clear, structured way usable by implementation teams
- Ensure continuous alignment between implemented solutions and defined business requirements
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to guarantee consistency between business expectations and delivered solutions
- Contribute to the quality and clarity of functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle
