Context
You will join the cross-functional Reporting team within the Strategy & Transformation Department, where you will play a central role in turning data into actionable insights. As a Data Analyst, your mission is to analyse, enhance and leverage data to support transversal activities, guide strategic decision-making and drive innovation throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic decision support
- Develop and implement models and algorithms to collect, organise, process and deliver data across multiple dimensions.
- Provide advanced analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and design tailored analytical solutions.
2. Cross-functional data valorisation
- Analyse trends, internal processes and operational performance using appropriate analytical techniques.
- Build forward-looking scenarios to anticipate business evolution and optimise resources.
- Design interactive dashboards and visualisations in Power BI to help decision-makers interpret results effectively.
3. Contribution to corporate projects
- Contribute to the organisation’s key transversal projects.
- Ensure effective communication with other departments to integrate analytical outcomes and data models.
- Participate in working groups and digital transformation initiatives.
Profile
Technical skills
- French proficiency at C2 level.
- Proven experience with Python programming.
- Strong expertise in Power BI visualisation (minimum five years).
- Advanced proficiency in Power Query and DAX.
- Experience in data analysis (exploration, PCA, classification).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (preferred).
- Experience in data modelling.
- SQL programming experience (nice to have).

In in Bezug auf nicht-technische Kompetenzen stellt ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS dynamische Personen ein, die in die Welt, interessiert an Innovation und mit einem ausgeprägten Gespür für Kunden Beziehung.
Ein sehr Gute Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich, die Fähigkeit, Französisch, Deutsch oder Niederländisch zu sprechen ist eine Bereicherung.
Sogar Obwohl die meisten unserer Positionen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung erfordern, sind einige offen für Neueinsteiger.
