Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and design integration patterns, primarily using SCIM
- Adapt Joiner / Mover / Leaver workflows based on SCIM integration
- Develop and configure solutions within One Identity Manager
- Implement synchronization projects and workflows
- Work with and integrate REST APIs (OIM RestAPI)
- Ensure integration with cloud systems via dedicated modules

Contribute to the implementation of IAM solutions, including:
- Provisioning / Deprovisioning
- Single Sign-On
- Privileged Account Management
- API Management
- ETL and analytics
- Understand business needs and propose appropriate technical solutions

Produce technical documentation such as:
- Technical design documents
- BPMN diagrams
- Technical presentations
- Ensure knowledge transfer to support and operations teams
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience with One Identity Manager (development and/or support)
- Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager and Designer tool
- Experience working with REST APIs (OIM)
- Experience implementing IAM solutions in complex environments
- Good knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory (GPO, authentication)
- Strong understanding of security protocols and concepts: SCIM, SAML, OAuth, Kerberos, NTLM, ADFS
- Experience integrating cloud systems (nice to have)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with relational databases (MS SQL)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with RBAC
- Solid understanding of IAM challenges and best practices

Languages:
- English: professional proficiency
- French or Dutch: good understanding
